All cross-country skiers, on ski trails in state parks or forests, or on state grant-in-aid trails, must have a Minnesota Ski Pass. Ski passes must be signed and carried with you at all time when skiing. The fee for the ski pass is to help support the maintenance of Minnesota’s cross-country ski trail system.
